The rooster comb pasta’s traditional name is creste di gall, which The translates to “coxcomb”. In Colorado, we love everything with a little bit of spice. We’ve added a very mild spicy (chile rojo) to our rooster comb pasta for some added delicious flavoring.
This pasta is perfect as is with just a bit of olive oil and parmesan cheese. All of our pasta is made in small batches at our Colorado location with all natural ingredients. Spices are used for coloring.
