Western Colorado is known for their beautiful peach orchards.  Red Camper has captured both the sweet peach flavors paired with a hint of whiskey.  This award winning jam is one of my favorites to add to a charcuterie board or smear across my breakfast toast.

Blue Ribbon Winner - Denver County Fair 2012

Ingredients: Fresh peaches, a strong pour of Laws Whiskey, fresh squeezed lime juice, freshly minced Madagascar Vanilla bean, heaps of pure cane sugar, a bit of pectin and a dash of Almond Extract
Size: 9 oz - 12 servings of 1 Tb each or 1 serving of an ice cream whiskey bender.
