These are literally just as adorable as they look like they might be, in person! I absolutely am in love with this fun pasta. I love giving them as a gift with a few southwest items like green chile olive oil. When I cook them, I love stuffing them with a mixture of:
Parmesan cheese – you can use Rarmigiano Reggiano, a Parmesan Romano blend, or any other real Parmesan cheese product.
fresh basil leaves
salt and fresh ground pepper
