* Please note that food items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See additional information below under “Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item Received.”

In general, products in new and unused condition can be returned up to 30 days after delivery. To return an item complete the Return Request form (click here). An associate will contact you to approve your return and provide a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive the item back in our store, you will be refunded for the purchase amount less the original shipping charges. To understand exclusions to our returns policy, please continue reading below.

For safety reasons, food items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear may not be returned.

If it’s our mistake, we will take care of it. If your shipment included a defective or damaged product, please contact us using our Return Request form (click here) as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

We do not offer exchanges. If you changed your mind and your item qualifies to be returned, initiate a return using the information above under “Returns.” Then place a new order for the item(s) you want in exchange.

Waiting for an item to arrive in the mail is the hardest part about shopping online! We understand so we ship every order as quickly as possible. In-stock items ship from our store within 3-5 business days. Shipping will take another 3-5 business days depending on your shipping service selection at checkout. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays.)

We do not ship internationally at this time. Most US orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS depending on which items are ordered.

Shipping and handling delays are likely during high volume periods such as sales events or holidays. Some communities are experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19 as well.

We are not able to ship internationally at this time. However, we do ship to the following US territories: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.

Items shipped to AK and HI require additional processing time and may incur additional shipping costs. Please contact us if you live in either of these States and have questions about shipping. We can provide a shipping cost estimate before you complete your purchase.

Faster shipping is available for most products in our online store. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day. Orders placed before 2pm MST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday-Friday from our store.

We do our best to show accurate product inventory information on our website. We will notify you directly if a product’s availability date changes.

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. Because we are a very small shop, we cannot offer price matching or price drop corrections on previous orders.
