Grilled Corn with Herb Butter & Flaky Salt
Ingredients:

4 ears of fresh sweet corn, husked

3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

1 tbsp fresh herbs (try a mix of chives, parsley, thyme, or dill), finely chopped

Zest of ½ lemon (optional, but brightens it beautifully)

Flaky sea salt (like Maldon or fleur de sel)

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Make the herb butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with herbs, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

Grill the corn: Lightly brush each ear of corn with olive oil. Place directly on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until the kernels are charred in spots and tender.

Finish and serve: Remove the corn from the grill and immediately slather with herb butter. Sprinkle generously with flaky salt and extra herbs, if desired.
