Subscription Cancellation Policy

Wendi’s Good Things Market offers recurring subscriptions on select products, including laundry detergent and candles.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account. Log in using the email address associated with your subscription to view your subscription options.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before your next order has been processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed or entered fulfillment, that order cannot be canceled or refunded. Canceling your subscription will prevent future subscription orders from being placed but will not cancel an order that has already been processed.

Changes to Your Subscription

Available subscription changes, such as skipping an upcoming delivery or changing your delivery frequency, may be managed through your customer account when those options are available for your subscription.

Final Sale Products

Because candles and laundry detergent are final-sale products, subscription orders for these items are also final sale once processed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@wendismarket.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
