Easy Sheet Pan Steak & Veggies
When my husband Matt decided to go on the carnivore diet, I was beside myself. I love vegetables! Recipes like this have been a great compromise for the two of us!
Easy Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds skirt steak

1 ½ pounds baby gold potatoes, halved

4 cloves garlic. minced

½ cup butter
-
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

8 ounces baby bellas mushrooms, sliced

2 large yellow onions sliced
-
12 ounces green beans fresh
Directions
preheat oven to 450
cut potatoes and boil for 5-10 minutes until al dente.
drain potatoes.
while potatoes are cooking melt butter in microwave.
spray cooking sheet with spray release.
slice onions and arrange on sheet.
rinse off green beans and mushrooms and arrange on cooking sheet.
once potatoes are done, drain and arrange on cooking sheet.
poor ¾ butter across veggies.
sprinkle garlic across veggies.
toss veggies to cover with veggies and garlic.
roast veggies in oven for 20 minutes.
cut the skirt steak into 2 or 3 smaller steaks. Season with salt and pepper.
place the steaks over the veggies and drizzle with remaining butter.
cook for additional 10-15 minutes until meat is cooked.
